Symptoms

When attempting to create a new receivables transaction using 'Import Receivables Transaction Using AutoInvoice' process, the following error occurs:

This tax rate on the imported tax line isn't valid on the transaction date. Enter an effective date range for the tax rate that includes the transaction date.
