Plugin Ppackage.js Error Message

When the plugin ran on a non-scheduled segmented activity which assigned to a resource, there will appear a pop-up error message. When checking the console, there's a package.js error shown in the console log. Users cannot open the plugin properly when the activity meets the conditions.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a non-scheduled segmented activity assigned to a resource
2. Click on the "Form" button on the top of the page
3. When the plugin opened, the error message will pop up

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, when a user wants to see the contents in the plugin for a non-scheduled segmented activity which has been assigned to a user, they cannot open the plugin, but see the error message.
