Incorrect Business Date Being Displayed when Using Scheduler Tasks To Kick Off Nightly Batch Early (Doc ID 2975326.1)

Goal

When trying to kick off a scheduled batch early, POM gives a Confirmation popup that business date 09/18 will process even thought 09/18 business date is completed already. Why? In the example, the current date is 09/18 and the goal is to Start Now the 09/18 batch.

The Confirmation popup gives two options:

* Honour the rule and move next business day's (18/09/2023) nightly to the next calendar day, which is 5:00 PM on 19/09/2023 (America/New_York)

* Override the above rule and keep the next business day's (18/09/2023) nightly as per the original schedule, which is 5:00 PM on 19/09/2023 (America/New_York)
