Symptoms

Connection between WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Content Management not working

Currently users have a connection between the WMS application and the Oracle Content Management service in order to see the guides in WMS that are uploaded to the OCM asset repository.
However, when this upload is done and user logs into OCM he does not see the files that have been uploaded.
