In MFCS, accessing the Cost Change screen through the Item Search screen, the selected item is not displayed in item field

Steps To Reproduce

1. When trying to do a cost change via Item Search.
2. Item does not get filled in the Cost Change screen (issue 1).
3. Add a desc, reason and effective date.
4. Click the ‘+’ to add the item and notice that is not possible to search for item.
