Email Notification for Reports is NOT Triggered When an Alias is Used for Sender in OTM Custom Property (Doc ID 2975678.1)

Symptoms

Users are not receiving email when they are running a report in OTM with setting the delivery method as email and when CUSTOM Email Property glog.workflow.notify.advisor.email has an alias string added.

The property with alias string added works fine for all other types of emails sent, just not for reports.

User log with Report and ReportDetails will show the log message as below :
