"Load Transactions" Service not loading the IDISC record into SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Load Transactions" Service should load the IDISC record into SVC_RTLOG_DATA_LOAD

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Push the JSON sales load message with IDISC
2. Transaction loaded whereas IDISC transaction did not loaded.
