Symptoms

When attempting to open a hyperlink in a Notebook Topic in P6 Professional via Primavera Virtual Desktop/Secure Global Desktop (PVD/SGD), an Internet Explorer browser window opens and the following error occurs.

For security reasons, your administrator has denied access to this URL. Contact your administrator to resolve the issue.

Hyperlinks also cannot be launched from P6 Web in an Oracle Cloud environment.
