Symptoms

Create pluggable database from OCI console failed with following error:
null Please contact Oracle support with the workrequest id <workrequest id> to determine and fix the problem.

From the workrequest ID provided, PDB creation failed with error message below:
DCS-10045:Validation error encountered: Incorrect TDE Wallet Password ******** CDB is provided
