Symptoms
One of asset types does not allow to make simple changes (change description) or to enter new fields.
If it is done by interface, the save button does not respond. No error is displayed on the screen or in the browser audit.
If it is done via OCM CLI it allows to download it, but when uploading it, it gives permissions error. The user used is the instance administrator and asset manager.
