Goal

Why when opening a Search and Select popup for a DCL field the outcome is different between opening from Saved Searches on landing page versus when this is opened from the details page?

The one from Details Page is opened having the fields defined in the Reusable Regions from Application Composer, whilst the landing page has a different set of fields.
