Talent Notification Link Gives 404 Error After Clicking (Doc ID 2976047.1)

Symptoms

When user clicks on email notification link they receive an 404 error.

Issue may also been seen when accessing the notification from the BPM --> Adminstrative Tasks --> then clicking on the link, then error appears.
