Goal

In the edit BPA page, when the user queries by item, the item number will be shown as blank.

This behavior is observed post 23C upgrade.

STEPS:
1.Edit Blanket Purchase Agreement

2. Check the BPA line items, the item number not displaying in the UI post 23C upgrade, only the item description shows for the same
