Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Scheduled Workspace Maintenance jobs are completing with Warnings

ERROR
-----------------------
The Activity, Contact, Account object's index distribution isn't optimal. Run the Publish job as soon as possible to resolve.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Configure Adaptive Search > Click on Monitor
2. Click on Maintenance and not the jobs are completing with below warning message

The Activity, Contact, Account object's index distribution isn't optimal. Run the Publish job as soon as possible to resolve.
