On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Overlap in the Manager Hierarchy table(PER_MANAGER_HRCHY_DN) is causing Downstream issues to FAW as the transactions are being flagged and erroring.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Overlap should not occur as the data is incorrect.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. FAW downstream process is active.
2. Manager Assignment overlap exists in the (PER_MANAGER_HRCHY_DN) table. Ex. User has an overlapping assignment for the same manager for level 3 and 4.
3. External FAW processes error out.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, thousands of FAW transactions are erroring out from the incorrect overlapping data.
