Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Legal Entity auto populated in name field when creating a new Internal Resource Organization if you click the train stop “Enter Basic Information” instead of clicking “Next”.
- The Name given to the resource organization name is populated in the LE Drop down.
- The original name of the Legal Employer org is no longer visible in the LE drop down (because it is renamed with a date effective split in the HR_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_TL table).
- The original organization id (originally classified as only Legal Employer), also gets classified as a resource org in the HR_ORG_UNIT_CLASSIFICATIONS_F table.
- This ultimately leads customer confusion and data corruption as the attempt to rename the Legal Entity, resulting in the same organization ID having a different name in the HR_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_TL table vs the XLE_ENTITY_PROFILES table.
