Symptoms
Policies are stuck in Edit Mode. After the environment restart the linked PROCESS_POLICY was moved to status TE (Technical Error) by the restart.
Resubmitting the same policy, the policy is not getting APPROVED because the linked PROCESS_POLICY activity is in IN PROGRESS. What is the causing the delay of this activity?
