RPAS: Edit Marks (Yellow Warning Sign) Behave Inconsistently In ConfigTools (Doc ID 2977377.1)

Symptoms

The RPASCE ConfigTools has few inconsistencies around the edit icon (yellow warning sign).

Example:

When Rules tool is edited, a yellow warning sign shows immediately besides it. The others tools, such as Measures, Taskflow and workbook tool, only show this sign after switching to another tool. After clicking Save, the yellow warning sign disappears from all above mentioned Tools.
