ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When updating the content of the contract document attachment through REST API the new version is attached and you can see it when logging to the application in its English version, but when reviewing the attachment in the Spanish version of the application the attachment document shown is the old version not the new version.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The updated new version of the document attachment has to be reflected in the application no matter which language version is logged in.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Postman.
2. Do a PATCH using the following URL - https://{environment.com}/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/contracts/{ContractUniqID}/child/{ContractDocuments}/{ContractDocumentUniqID}
3. Use the following payload:
4. Log into the application using the English version, go to the contract where the document attachment was updated, the newest version of it will show.
5. Log out and log back into the application but to the Spanish version of it, go to the contract where the document attachment was updated and the old version of it will show.
