PRC:PO How to Prevent Showing 'Job' Value in Buyer Field of Create Order Page? (Doc ID 2977488.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 09, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Purchasing Cloud Service - Version 11.13.23.04.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When creating purchase order, the 'Buyer' field shows the 'Job' value
which was defined in the Employement Information setup.
Job information is sensitive information, so we do not want it to be displayed when selecting a buyer.

Is there a way to hide it?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Procurement > Purchase Orders > Create Order
2. Enter 'Buyer' field value then buyers information listed as below.
    [Name -  Email -  Job]
   * If you click on the ▼ mark to display the list of value, only the [Name - Job] will be displayed.
