Tsf Delivery Auto Recv Batch- Autoreceiving TsfDeliveries In Stores Where Autorecv Is Not Enabled (Doc ID 2977894.1)

Symptoms

Transfer Delivery Auto Receive batch is auto receiving deliveries from Physical stores for which Auto receive option is not enabled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.


Prerequisites:

Stores used- 3003,3140,3021.

3003 - Store Auto Receive = Date Driven
3140 - Store Auto Receive = Date Driven
3021 - Store Auto Receive = Not Allowed

Auto Receive Stores:

In Store 3003 : Store 3021 is not enabled
In Store 3140: Store 3003 is not enabled
In Store 3021: No Stores are enabled

1. Create a TSF from Store 3021 to 3003 and 3003 to 3140.
2. ASNs sent to Stores 3003 and 3140.
3. TSF is not auto received. This is as expected.
4. Transfer Delivery Auto Receive batch job (Restricted batch) is scheduled to run daily
5. TSF Shipments are auto received in stores 3003 and 3140 by the batch.

Expected that the batch excludes these stores from auto receiving similar to the 'Auto-Receive Stores' functionality.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, business operations are disrupted in stores where manual transfer shipment is supposed to happen.
