On : 19.9 version, Integration

When attempting to access the 'InventoryAdjustmentService?WSDL' the following error occurs.

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send a Soap Request to <URL>/InventoryAdjustmentBean/InventoryAdjustmentService?WSDL
2. Get response as 403 Forbidden
