Approval Notification Is Not Triggered For Failed "FinApInvoiceApprovalErrorFyi" Approval Rule (Doc ID 2978051.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Setup and Configuration

Invoice "xxxxx" failed approval due to empty approval group but error notification is not triggered for Error FYI Group.

Approval Notification is not triggered for "FinApInvoiceApprovalErrorFyi" approval rule.

configured approval rule for FYI notification in case AP Invoice approval ends with Error.
However, when approval goes into error due to missing members in approval group, FYI Notification group does not receive any notification for error.

Invoice "xxxxx" failed approval due to empty approval group but error notification is not triggered for Error FYI Group.
