Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, CX Industry Framework
After extending additional fields and doing the synch from CCS
the following error occurs.

Problems invoking sender: Bad Request, status code (400) "unhandled error from Spoke System REST Endpoint"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create additional fields in Both CCS and FA
2. Add additional fields in UtilityConfiguration
3. Synch in CCS
