On : 23.2 version, Integration

When trying to create a transfer shipment via web services the following error is observed on the below message:

<v11:destination_type>1</v11:destination_type>
<v11:destination_id>299</v11:destination_id>
</v11:TsfShipCreVo>
</v1:createTransferShipment>

ERROR

Exception Description: No conversion value provided for the value [2] in field [ns5:destination_type/text()].

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the web service into Soap UI or Postman.
2. Use the createTransferShipment
3. Fill the payload with values.
4. Send the request
