ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Element (Test Element 1) is getting duplicated in Deduction section for Statement of Earnings (SOE).
The Net is correct, but the deduction balance brings the values 2 times.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Element should be captured only with the values processed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Payroll - Submit a flow.
2. Run calculate payroll process - check SOE - See incorrect results in Deduction section.
