Symptoms

An Oracle Visual Builder Add-In for Excel Template is developed from the FA API for fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/shipmentTransactionRequests for shipment confirmation.  This doesn't submit multiple shipments.

It should generate the request payload correctly, however it generates request payload in an incorrect format and as a result shipment confirmations are not posted.
