Error When Trying to Load Fully Reserved Assets with Salvage Value Percentage (Doc ID 2978508.1)

Symptoms

When trying to load fully reserved assets with Salvage value percentage, the following error occurs:

"The depreciation reserve is invalid because it's greater than the asset recoverable cost. Enter an amount between zero and the asset recoverable cost."

Steps:
1. Load asset with salvage value percentage using FBDI.
2. Post item and error occurs.
