Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Sales Forecasting

Continued Issues with Forecast Jobs : Refresh Forecast and Check Due Date jobs.

The Refresh Forecast jobs get stuck in Running Status. Subsequently the "Check Due Date" errors out:
 "A System Job (ID: 7968611) is already in progress ! Cant perform the requested action ", where 7968611 is the Refresh Forecast job.
There are many Refresh Forecast jobs stuck with Running Status
