Problem:

Duplicate Notifications are sent to a recipient from Hiring Team.

STEPS:

1. Go to Alert Composer > setup notification (Ex. Offer Accepted Notification)

2. Candidate accepts offer

3. Duplicate notifications are sent to Hiring Team
