Reserve And Expected Bucket Add Up On Cancellation Of Over-shipped Shipment

Symptoms
On cancellation, We are seeing extra reserved and expected units on the Allocation which gets cancelled after over-shipment.
RMS is adding up the reserved and expected bucket in Item_loc_soh by 10 units (Extra shipped units) even though cancellation was posted for 2 units.
The Cancelled qty in alloc_detail is going Negative.
RMS should ignore the cancellation (sostatuscre) message posted as there are no open units.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an Allocation of 1 unit.
2) Overship the allocation. Create a shipment for 6 units.
3) Receive the shipment.
4) Post cancellation of 2 units.
