Getting the error "For Input String : $,$$,$" on some quotes while reconfiguring.

The scenario is that:
A new integer attribute is added to an existing array set and used in a rec rule.
The arrayset size is larger than the default array size.
When reconfiguring the model, the newly added attribute size is incorrect.

The expected behavior is that the newly added attribute size should match the existing array size, not the default size.
