Symptoms

In EICS, When attempting to execute Auto Ticket Generate Job the following error occurs.

Error Occurred during service invocation

Steps To Reproduce
1) Login into to SIOCS , Navigate to Job Admin
2) Execute Auto Ticket Generate Job
3) Observe Status = Failed
