Issue In Adding Products In Opportunity Revenues Using External CPQ Application (Doc ID 2979204.1)

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the user adds products to the opportunity using the external CPQ and then proceeds to close the opportunity, despite the products seem to be added correctly and the associated scripts run correctly, then the first time that the user open the opportunity after its closure, the information that were added in one of the opportunity tab that were based on the added products, disappears.
This doesn't happen when the products are added in the opportunity through UI; it's the same behavior that we noticed for the Amount field: it seems to be correct at first but when the user open the opportunity for the second time it disappears

 

STEPS

====

1.Using external CPQ application>Opportunity >Edit Opportunity

2.Opportunity Revenue>Add Products

3.close the opportunity

4.first time that the user open the opportunity after its closure, the information that were added in one of the opportunity tab that were based on the added products, disappears.
