Agent Errors when Linking a Document to an Order Release (Doc ID 2979250.1)

Symptoms

Users have setup an Agent with Type = "Tracking Event" and "Object Matching by ID" so that the necessary documents are added to both the shipment and the Order Release.

The agent attempts to perform to add a "Link-type" document to the order release but encounters an error 

No error occurs if the document is of the type "Document" - the users would like one source document used only with links to this document

Steps To Reproduce the Issue

  1. Loaded XML transmission for a shipment event via integration manager or create a shipment event manually that matches the Order Release
  2. The document loaded correctly on the shipment but not on the Order Release
