Symptoms
Problem Description:
A user-defined field (UDF) is set up as a number type field, but the values are not sorting in numerical order in Reporting.
- Example: when values are displayed in a column, they appear in the order of 1, 10, 100, 2, 20, 200, ...
If the Flex Field column for the UDF is used in a filter, the results are not accurate.
When the Flex Field column for the UDF is used in a custom formula, one of the following errors occur:
