Symptoms

User Group members with permission to add workspaces are receiving error when attempting to add workspaces:

ERROR

Unable to save new Workspace.
An unknown error has occurred.

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. User Object selector to go to Global Admin.
  2. Create a root workspace user group and permission group where under Configuration section Add, Edit and Delete are selected for Workspaces, Views, Resources and Edit & View are selected for Resource Costs/Financials.
  3. Enable user group on a lower lower workspace and apply permission group to the lower workspace.
  4. Login as a user in the user group and attempt to add workspace under lower workspace from step 3.
