User Will Be Able To Enter The IDCS URL And Credentials When Setting Up A Custom Job Type.
Setting up of POM jobs for Oracle Cloud Extensions. These extensions are Supply Chain Hub and Event Planner, built by Oracle and part of go-live plan. Without this fix, POM jobs cannot be setup for these extensions.

To configure ORCV schedule to use PaaS IDCS that the PaaS IDCS URL must be stored within POM, for this to work.
