Symptoms

On: RPCS/RPM 23.1.201.0 version


For a clearance with a Warehouse (WH) included in the zone, even though the payload tables have the WH locations, the JSON cache does not include WH locations.


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Create and approve a clearance for a zone, including WH locations.
2. Observe clearance payload includes the WH Location
3. Execute the promotion cache batch. Observe no record for this clearance and WH locations in the JSON cache table
