On: 23B version, Requisitions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Location picker is not working. Suggestive inputs is not appearing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Suggestive inputs should appear when searching on Location picker

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any requisition
2. Go to edit mode
3. Go to edit primary location
4. Try to search any location through the location selector

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see results for suggestive inputs on location picker.
