Symptoms

When attempting to update employee name after marriage on bank account the following error occurs:

ERROR

This bank account is used in Payroll. You can't modify the bank account. You can inactive the bank account and create a new bank account. (IBY-825870)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update employee name.
2. Click on save.
3. Error occurs.
