RDFCS New Item Maintenance Not Opening Because of Pre-Range Mask (Doc ID 2979857.1)

Goal

New Item maintenance is not opening because of pre-range mask but all processes to calculate it have been executed. The error is:

UI Error:
Error finishing wizard for template NITMA - CancelWizardException: Pre-range masking resulted in an empty set for 'pror' wizard. Workbook cannot be built.

Import Hier
Load Hier
Import Fact
Load Fact
PreForecast Batch
Export Forecast parameters
Import Forecast
Post Forecast Batch
