ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SA_PURGE_JOB is long Running in hourly cycles
Oracle has provided hot fix 19.3.006.19 in BugId: 35553148, which deployed on 21-SEP-2023. This fix was supposed to solve the long running issue of SA_PURGE_JOB. But since then we have noticed the sa_puge hourly job is running long.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SA_PURGE_JOB to be run in expected time.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trigger the sa_purge_job
2. Monitor performance of Job.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete Job in expected time.
