ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to access our instance despite log-in details (Password) being re-set


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to login to the environment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to https://login.etadirect.com/COMPANY.test.etadirect.com, or https://login.etadirect.com/COMPANY 
2. Attempt to login with credentials, and fails, or website unavailable

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer is unable to test and review the application as a business system admin prior to the production environment being scheduled for the 23C update.
