Fusion Global Payroll: Few Users Not Able To Access Process Log Information Of Flows Submitted By Other Users (Doc ID 2980016.1)

Goal

Want to make output files available for a group of users when a flow is submitted by one of the users in the group.
Have added a privilege "Access Payroll Flow (PAY_ACCESS_PAYROLL_FLOWS)" to the custom role added to these group of users to able to achieve the same.

However while testing the flows with the new changes, we identified 2 of the users from this group are able to see the output files but not able to see the process log information.

These users can see the log files of the flows submitted by them under View Flows page.
However, unable to see the log files of the flows submitted by other users.

We tested by assigning Data Role with View All security copied from seeded Payroll Administrator Role - but the issue is not resolved.

Further investigation showed that the users having the following roles has access to log files of flows submitted by other users under "View Flows" page.

1. Human Capital Management Integration Specialist
2. IT Security Manager

As these master roles cannot be assigned to all users, need to find the specific privilege which provides access to log files (for flows submitted by other users) under View Flows.
