Post Subledger Journal Entries Process Does Not Post Journals (Doc ID 2980037.1)

Goal

Business users have run Create accounting in Payables subledger and transferred to General Ledger.
And also scheduled Post Subledger Journal Entries process in production and they are finding that journals are posted to GL.
But when run AutoPost journals process the journals are getting posted.
Would like to know why Post Subledger Journal Entries process is not working as expected.
