CCS - Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service
CMA - Configuration Migration Assistant
CMA Export is not exporting Algorithms tied to Rate Schedule, even though Algorithm migration plan is
called from Rate Schedule migration plan.
CMA Calc Rule Migration plan that is called from Rate Schedule migration plan will be fixed here.
C1-CalculationRule migration plan is able to pick up the algorithm if it's defined in the CALC_RULE_STEP_ALG_CD or the CALC_RULE_VAL_ALG_CD fields. If the algorithm is found within the calc rule's BO_DATA_AREA, then the migration plan is not able to extract it.
