Goal

Request for functionality in MFCS related to Deals. Currently, the deals that the user creates in MFCS has start and end date fields that need to populated. Once the deal is approved in MFCS, these start and end dates cannot be modified. Similarly, the location also needs to be editable for an approve deal.
