Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
When attempting to upload journal approval rules via spreadsheet, the following error occurs.

Journal Approval Rules,"RuleNameXYZ",,"Value STAT entered for attribute name Journal Header.Entered Currency doesn't have a corresponding lookup code. (FUN-720496)"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate the Journal approval rules in spreadsheet as below
Journal Approval Rules
Journal Approval Rules RuleNameXYZ Group First Responder JournalApproval Medium Created By Not in(ABC,DEF) Currency Not in(STAT) Source in(Manual,Spreadsheet,AutoCopy)
2. Generate the zip rules file
3. Go to Manage Workflow Rules in Spreadsheet
4. Upload the zip file
