Severance Warnings Created Without Severance Process Active (Doc ID 2980156.1)

Symptoms

 Steps -

1. Put an account into severance

2. When the severance event associated with an activity is triggered, the activity will be created.

3. Make a payment on the account to end severance.

Actual Result - Severance process is immediately canceled and CCB (Customer Care and Billing) is canceled, but the MDM (Meter Data Management) Field activity remains active.

Expected Result - Field activity to be cancelled as well.
